That is part of the master plan…We begin with the selections right after the sectionals…..Top Ten for boys and girls and also POY for girls and boys….
when is each conference player of the year determined? before the conference tournament or after?
In many cases they name POY’s and All Conference based on the regular and some of the Conference Tournaments have a tourney MVP….The conference coaches usually get together for a vote at the end of the season for All-Conference etc’s….
