Caldwell (#10 seed) beat Village Christian Academy (#7 seed) in Fayetteville last night. Too much Manning outside the the 2 big men inside for Village Christian to handle, and both Brett and Josh Hatchell did a great job of defense on #23 for the Knights. On to Asheville for the Eagles and a 4th shot at Westchester. That’s 2 opening round playoff upset wins for Ray Slagle’s Eagles in the last 2 years.
