  1. Baldwin did good but the team wasn’t that good either ( losing record). If you look at sports and consider players that are player of the year. The player is chosen from teams that are good because that particular player made a huge difference on the team. So you have to look at what the player did for the team not just looking at numbers. You must ask did that player make his or her team better. You will never see player of the year come from losing teams and someone will miss out like Baldwin.

  2. On the girls side dont forget Kamille Horne at Southern guilford. Coming off acl surgery last May this season she avg 20 points a game and shot 80% from the foul line with game highs of 38 and 35. This shows the hard work she put in!!

  3. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Miranda Jenkins over dinner tonight. Being a lover of basketball, I’ve watched her over the last two seasons. She has grown tremendously. She’s a great young lady with a promising future! I can see the love and admiration her mom has for her and it’s obvious they are very close. She’s a smart young lady with a good head on her shoulders. I wish her well in NY. Obviously, my vote for Player of the year goes to Ms. Miranda Jenkins. (oh, it doesn’t hurt that my son is her prom date!) Lol!!

  4. EVEN THOUGH WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT BALDWIN IS TRUE. HE STILL MENT A GREAT DEAL TO HIS TEAM AND IF YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN SOME HIS GAMES SOMES OF THE PLAYERS THAT WAS MENTIONED COULDN’T WAS NOT PLAYING AT AS HIGH LEVEL AS HE WAS. ALSO LOOK AT HIS STATS HEAD TO HEAD WITH THE TOP PLAYERS IN THE CONFERENCE, HE MATCHES UP IF NOT BETTER WITH THEM. EVEN THOUGH HIS TEAM STRUGGLED AT TIMES, IF YOU LOOK AT THE SCORES OF THE GAMES THEY LOST THE MARGIN WASN’T BIG. SO THE PLAY OF BASKETBALL WAS STRONG FROM HIS TEAM.
