Reports in this afternoon’s News and Record on-line, saying UNCG AD Kim Record has gone on record, saying that Spartan men’s basketball coach Mike Dement needs more time to work with his young team and that the team showed considerable improvement this past season, especially once they got into Southern Conference play, where they finished 6-12……UNCG won their first round game at the SoCon Tournament and Dement has two years left on his current contract, that pays him somewhere in the neighborhood of $125,000.00 per year….
