Caldwell Academy girls soccer team captured their first ever NCISAA 2Astate
title on Saturday. The girls finished the season with a school record 21
wins and an overall record of 21-1-3. The only loss of the season came to 4A
public school Grimsley in the opening week of the season. Juniors Jayne
Langmeyer and Rebekah Page were named to the NCISAA All-State team. The team
graduates one senior, Marie Gentry.
