This is Coach Jimmy Lamour. I hope all is well & your summer is great thus far. I am
writing to inform you of an exciting summer activity that is coming soon! Coach
Lamar Boykin, which coached with me at the Ragsdale YMCA in the past, who is
currently coaching at High Point Christian Academy & I will be conducting a one day
football camp at Guilford College on July 9th. This is a good way for many of your
athletes to sharpen their skills and learn the fundamentals of speed. This camp is
an excellent opportunity to “brush up” on football techniques/fundamentals to
enhance summer workouts prior to August 1st. Camp activities entail:

1) Positional Drill techniques
2) Combine Drills — enhancing speed & agility
3) One on One match up positional drills
4) Lunch
5) “Pep Talk” —
a. Tips on how to improve speed
b. Playing from the Inside Out (Heart & Head),
c. The complete football player — Home, School, Field

This camp is being sponsored by Unity Builders. Unity is a nonprofit 501c3
organization that builds affordable housing. Coach Lamar is the board chair of Unity
Builders & he’s working hard to raise the visibility of “Unity In The Community”.
The total cost of camp ($38.00) is completely tax deductable with Unity’s 501c3
status. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST REGISTER PRIOR TO EVENT. Please go to
www.unityfootballcamp.com to register today. (Note: Ages are listed on web as 10 &
above however if you are a Y participant younger ages are welcome.) Participants pay
the day of camp. Registration is no charge. Thanks for all the years you’ve allowed
me to work with your sons. We look forward to seeing them at the Unity camp!

Thanks.
