  1. Great to see NW, and Page playing good football. I really think Ragsdale should be on this list somewhere as well…..I guess we’ll see just how good Northern is this Friday.

  2. I’m surprised Wallace-Rose Hill only received a few nods. I practically lived down that way this time last year so I was front row to their football team. Although the school is small, they had some HUGE kids. (I think it’s in the water–I gained a few pounds while down there myself) They had an outstanding team.

  3. I’m kind of surprised that East Forsyth did not get in….They had a huge win last Friday night over West Forsyth……Eagles, Northwest and Ragsdale due for a battle in the Piedmont Triad 4-A

  4. How could a team who did not play end up ranked 14 in the state don’t make since.
Roscoe must know someone helps with the voting.

  5. Go Figure –

Northern was ranked in the preseason top 25 as well. Just because they had a bye week doesn’t mean that they should drop in the poll.. they either went up or down depending on how the other teams did around them.

  6. dont sleep on the red raiders. they are loaded hpc is good ,got out with a close win . next is smith ? welcome to high point again dont take the beat down personal but yall are due for another one this week.. nwg ran over and through smith , this week they get ran over and over again. can you say time out we tired?????????? chris webber want be in the house to call time out for you. go red raiders . we are backkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.

  7. Be Careful what you wish for…everyone is expecting Page to beat NG. Even the good ol boy political polls. NG defeated 4 conference champs before winning the state championship at NC State last year . That is quite an accomplishment. They just defeated the 2010 SC 4 A state champs… powerful Northwesern High School 2 weeks ago. Don’t count your chickens yet Page fans.

  8. It’s funny how northwest isn’t higher considering that they beat number 4 Scotland county in the playoffs last year…also if you say that was last year as a running team they won the wake forest 7 on 7 that featured teams from south Carolina and Virginia so I would say that this voting system is a little off
