A couple of former Dudley Panthers will be on the field, in Winston-Salem on Saturday, as N.C. State, with DB David Amerson, meets Wake Forest, with DB Kenny Okoro, at BB&T Field…..N.C. State has not won a game at BB&T Field/Groves Stadium, since 2001 and it might be time for the Pack, to get it back in gear this year, at the house that Chuck Mills built….

Anybody even remember Chuck Mills? How about John Mackovic, Bill Dooley, Al Groh, Jim Caldwell and my favorite name Cal Stoll????? All of the coaches at Wake Forest, in the modern era of college football, have had losing/non-winning records with the exception of D.C. “Peahead” Walker and he went (77-51-6) in 14 years at WFU….Current Demon Deacon mentor Jim Grobe is (62-62), in 11-plus seasons…..

David Amerson and Kenny Okoro are both DB’s so they probably won’t see any action against each other going head-to-head, but it will be exciting to see them on the same field again, on the same day, in the same game…..

Brian Hall has both coaches mic’ed up for us and check out what coach Jim Grobe(WFU) and coach Tom O’Brien(State) are saying about the upcoming game, when you

Ahhh “Remembering John Mackovic” wasn’t that a movie? I hope the Pack wins. Not sure what we really have this year. I know WF is off this year but this will probably be a good test for a young NCSU team.
