Rodney Purvis, considered one of the top basketball recruits in the Class of 2012, is expected to announce his college choice Friday afternoon.
Avie Lester(Roxboro High School/N.C. State), basketball coach and director of athletics at Upper Room(Raleigh, N.C.), said Purvis would make a statement Friday at 2 p.m. at the school.
The 6’4″ senior shooting guard initially committed to Louisville last December, but rescinded that commitment in May after Louisville assistant coach Tim Fuller left for Missouri.
