Power Team Sales/Greensborosports.com Player of the Week

A great competition this week with Matt Pawlowski bringing home the belt, but Richard Hayes and TJ Logan were right there in the ring with him, along the field of battle and thanks to everyone who let their voice be heard this week and with Matt in the barn so to speak, all Richard and TJ have to do is go right back out there and prove themselves on the field tonight and that is exactly what I would expect them to do this week and every week…..We just have to go out there and do it again and again, until that final whistle blows in December….That’s what competition is all about at any level and thanks to kids, for the levels of effort that they are showing this season and keep on coming right back in here again this week and do it again…..You have to love it and you just can’t leave it, until your work is done…….Good job to all that are already in for the running of Player of the Year and keep on coming, this season is not done and your work is not yet complete…..

For this Week we have:

Matt Pawlowski(Northwest Guilford) with 201 yards passing on a 16-26 night and no interceptions, with 2 TD passes and a two-point conversion pass…..

  1. Great job last week Big Matt, looking forward to your final regular season home game tonight and hate to see you graduate this year. NW doesn’t know what they will be missing but I’m sure Andrew Ritz will do his best to keep it going for Coach WOODY. Best of luck tonight and hope you guys will pour it on early.

  2. I was impressed with Ritz on that 19 yard fake-punt run last week and he plays some defense too…..Did he get one of the picks last week or was it Logan Lover and Dalton Dillon on the picks….NWG fans would know……

  3. all you talk about is page nwg and ng ne rams should get some respect everyone picked sg to win
over neg but jacob mccann ran wild and could not be stoped and ran for 213 on 19 carries and all you talk about like i said above do some resurch and you will be suprized how many tackles and yrds rushing he has i no two games he had 16 tackles and avrgs double digts my point. about a 1000yds rushing as a fullback and two games left and playoffs how do you over look that yea those other guys are good but look at other teams also and players give them credit for what they do every fri also and not just one good game but every fri night go rams.

  4. We had Jacob McCann from NEG in the running for the award this week and he has been right there several weeks this season….Jacob McCann and Kyle Martin were our guests on our Shane’s Rib Show, called Football in Focus this past Thursday night…….You can you go back and watch the show when you Click on the Football in Focus link at the top of the home page….Our NEG players are right there for you…..

  5. ramfan….NEG has to quit playing this cupcake schedule….you’ll see come playoff time as your opponents so far have like 20 wins combined and Asheboro, that beat you, has 1/4 of those wins….respect in this county is earned..stop avoiding the big dogs. Go win a state championship and everyone shuts up. McCann is a fine player no question, but he should have 1k yrds as your offense is set up for that.
