The Lucky Dog Volleyball Showcase provides high school players the opportunity to exhibit their skills in front of college coaches. This showcase may connect players with coaches who otherwise would not have the chance to see them play. The Showcase is Sunday, December 4, 2011 at the Greensboro Sportsplex.

Once you have registered you will receive and email to confirm your registration has been received. If you have not received an email confirmation in 48 hours ( 72 hours for registrations done over the weekend) call Maria at 336.274.6500 x203 No one will be allowed to participate who has not pre-registered. Make sure you get a confirmation email from Lucky Dog Volleyball. In addition to this first confirmation you will receive information about the Showcase periodically from the time you register until the day of the Showcase.

There are two sessions, morning and afternoon. You may sign up for only one. The cost is $60 per session.

When filling out the registration form please fill it out completely and accurately. If you are playing club volleyball and do not have all the information for this part, leave it blank for now. You can get this information to us as late as Friday, November 18th via an email or a phone call.

The format of each session is:
1. * warm up – 10 minutes
2. * work in groups divided by position – 30 – 45 minutes
3. * play in a 6 on 6 format with court coaches ( court coaches are high school and club coaches)
4. * each session will have a limited # of setters, hitters, and DS. There will be approximately 8 players per side, 16 per court.

The day of the Showcase you need to arrive 15 – 20 minutes early. When you check in you will receive a bag with a numbered t shirt. The # on your shirt is the number you have been assigned for the college coaches to easy identify who you are. The number on your shirt corresponds with the number for you in the recruiting guide. Each college coach will receive a recruiting guide containing all the information you provided about yourself.
