  1. GDS won 60-56 over Ravenscroft in a great high school basketball game. Both teams are really good and really well coached. Once again I think it was the depth of GDS that made the difference. DIllard did a great job on Anton GIll after the 1st quarter and JT Terry came off the bench to hit at least 4 3-pointers. I think I heard someone say it was the first win over Ravenscroft in five years. It was like watching a good small college basketball game the way both teams competed and executed. Also spotted about 6-8 college coaches. Those kids put a good show on for them.

  4. Read the paper this morning GDS big girls dominated the game. Look like Rogers and Wilkerson had a double double last night points rebounds. They should make thd Little Four interesting.

  5. The GDS big girls were dominating against Ravenscroft last night. Rogers and Wilkerson are some of the best girls in the paint that this area has to offer. Miss Wilkerson signed with App State (even though she sat out last year with an injury) and Miss Rogers will definely sign with some college within the next year (I would guess a league like the Southern or Big South). The great thing about GDS is that their educational background will allow them to get into any college that is interested in them as players without question. Great education, Great teams and a school that supports their teams and students, it is a Great time to be and see what is happening at GDS. Go Lady Bengels !
