Eastern Michigan came to see Jalen Ross(Greensboro Day School) play when the Bengals faced Southwest Guilford, in the Kernersville Medical Center Classic back on December 21, at Northwest Guilford HS and Eastern Michigan liked what they saw in the senior point guard and they offered and today Jalen Ross accepted and he will join Eastern Michigan next season for 2012/2013…..

Jalen Ross will be an Eagle…..That’s what they are, the Eastern Michigan Eagles….The beloved Chippewas are still at Central Michigan…..

Jalen Ross is headed to Eastern Michigan…..Ross told us last week that EM pursued him and they got him after seeing him play vs. SWG at NWG, just two weeks ago and the commitment comes just a week after GDS won the Pizza Hut Invitational…..Ross told us last week that EM had come looking for him and originally they called GDS looking for a point guard…

Ross(5’11) is a scoring point guard that averages 13-15 points per game and he shoots 88% from the free throw line and 55% from three-point range……

Good luck to Jalen Ross in the future at Eastern Michigan…..
