  1. I didn’t stay for the Ravenscroft game, but I can tell you this, GDS is playing some great basketball this weekend. I know tomorrow will be a tough game playing against Ravenscroft on their home floor and wanting to avenge the earlier loss. But they better bring their A game. What a complete clinic GDS put on tonight on both ends of the floor. Jalen Ross may have had his best game of the season. Day School took HPCA totally out of their offense. They held a great scoring team to 45 points. A great effort by the Bengals. And congratulations to HPCA on a great season.

  2. Great win for the Bengals. Happy to have them represent the Triad in Raleigh tomorrow.

    Good w for the pirates.

    336 all the way

  3. What a perfect ending to the season!!!! Good versus evil for the State Championship—Coach Johnson versus Kevin Billerman. And the best thing is that Christ School with their dorms, their own set of rules, and a mediocre coach will be spending the afternoon in Arden.
    Go Bengals!!!!!!!

  4. Not sure about what you meBkllerman always seems angry and he’s a rotten sport if he loses. Just my opinion, however.

  5. Co-signed on what “What” said………..both “clubs” are bad for high school sports allowing all these kids to “re-class” to get that extra yr of playing time. Even crazier with the clubs that allow middle schoolers to play alongside varsity high schoolers. Do your 4 yrs of high school and MOVE ON to the real world where you’ll be lucky to see much of any real playing time your freshman yr in college unless you’re the 5 star caliber of player like an Austin Rivers. Most of the high school “stars” fizzle out in college and end up back home working at places like Napa Auto Parts.

  6. Greensboro day is not “bad” for high school sports for allowing kids to reclassify….thats just a stupid argument by a person who seems to be pulling for an inferior school and basketball squad.
