Austin Bain(Southeast Guilford) commits to Randolph Macon

Austin Bain(P) from Southeast Guilford has committed to play college baseball at Randolph Macon College in Virginia…..

Bain has been a key part of the SEG Falcons run toward a State Championship over the past three seasons at Southeast and he was instrumental in the Falcons’ win in the NewBridge Invitational Tournament this past weekend, at NewBridge Bank Park….

Bain, who pitches and has been DH’ing for SEG this season, has been right around the .400 mark most of the season and his pitching record is right at (3-0) for the year……Bain has hit multiple doubles and triples this season and has helped SEG win conference tournaments and regular season titles in the Metro 4-A, over the past three seasons and SEG has won three straight Graham Boosters Easter Tournaments with Austin Bain on the team and contributing to those titles…..

Bain and his family visited Randolph Macon this past Saturday and made their decision over the weekend…..
