*****No games set for tonight with many of the players, from Western Greensboro and The Hawks, having flown out of the Raleigh airport at 2:30am this morning, headed to the Dominican Republic, as the Triad Bats and they will be there for five days on a mission trip and the young men should have some great stories to tell, upon their return to Greensboro….Other players from the Palomino League will be traveling soon to East Cobb, Georgia, for one of the many tournaments that they run there during the Summer months and it will probably be one of the wood bat tournaments, as they run the Showcase Baseball Tournaments almost non-stop at East Cobb this time of year…..Good luck to all of the players, as they travel to extend their game…..*****
