Tyler Campbell(Northwest Guilford HS/Guilford College) up for important honors from the National Football Foundation

Tyler Campbell(Northwest Guilford High School/Guilford College) will represent the Triad ( Corrigan/ Faircloth) chapter for the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame’s top national award (National High School Scholar Athlete Award) for high school football players who
plan on playing college football.

Tyler was a recipient of the 2012 Corrigan-Faircloth Scholarship. Of the 30 something recipients from the Triad area, Tyler was chosen because he was the top recipient in the region that will be playing college football in the fall, which is a requirement to compete for the national award.
These awards are based on a point system for performance on the football field, classroom and community service.

This news came into us from Coach Sam Story(Southern Alamance HS/Duke University/Burlington Williams HS), who is the president of the Corrigan-Faircloth Triad Chapter.
