Tuesday night at NewBridge Bank Park, the Greensboro Grasshoppers were trailing 9-0 as they headed to the bottom of the 9th inning, where they rallied to break up the shutout and then closed the lead to just 9-6 with two outs, with two men on base and the tying run coming to the plate…A ground ball to short ended the game, but it was quite a show of no-quit character by the Hoppers, as they were going out empty and then they came up with those six big runs and one of the highlights was a three-run homer to right field by CF Brent Keys….All of the six runs came with two outs on the board and at the very end of the game and big goose-egg shutout staring the Hoppers in the face….
