High Point Post 87(Junior Hi-Toms) versus Wilmington today in American Legion State Baseball Tournament in Lenior, N.C. and the game was due to get started at 12:30pm, on this Wednesday….

from www.hpe.com:
Sean Geoghegan, Justin Morrison and Tyler Britton have stepped up in key roles on the mound for the Junior HiToms. Victor Zecca, meanwhile, leads the team in batting while Pete Guy leads in home runs and RBIs, and Chris Ferrante has been particularly solid as a leader behind the plate.

But Post 87’s success has been far from just the success of just one player or even a couple of players — it’s been all of them doing what needs to be done. “It hasn’t been just one guy,” Coach Rob Shore said. “Whenever we need someone to step up, we’ve had guys step up.”
