Word in today from the High Point Enterprise that Ben Free is the new girls basketball coach at High Point Central High School…He replaces Terry Allmon, who left to coach girls basketball plus boys and girls golf at Asheboro….
Ben Free was the head JV boys basektball coach at Grimsley last season….(2012)…Ben was assisted by his brother Ken Free Jr. at Grimsley…..
Good luck to Ben, who played his high school basketball at Page High School….
