3rd Annual PAGE-GRIMSLEY CHALLENGE 2012 PRESENTED BY WATER WORKS OF GREENSBORO
Visit their website at www.carslovewaterworks.com Or follow us on Facebook for Updates…..

In conjunction with the Page-Grimsley football game and alumni golf tournament, Water Works of Greensboro is sponsoring the 3rd Annual Page-Grimsley Wash Challenge at its Battleground location. Here is how it works:

Come by the Battleground Water Works location at 2612 Battleground Ave (Next to Taco Bell at the intersection of Battleground and Cone Blvd.) September 12th to September 26th and wash your car in the bay designated for your school. Each car washed scores a point for that school. Fifteen per cent(15%) of all the profits will go to the schools….The school that scores the most washes in their respective bay for the two week period wins. Winning school’s booster club gets (80%) of all those profits for the two bays for two weeks. The second place school will receive 20% of the winnings. It’s a WIN WIN!

The winning school’s booster club will be presented a check on game day, Friday, September 28th.

So stop by and wash your car and earn money for your school. It’s that clean and simple!

GET IN THERE SOON…..Get in there this week….

  1. Andy,

How about keeping the Page – Grimsley chatter down this week. Grimsley is taking this one week at a time, and the last thing that they need are distractions. My son and his friends will do their best to beat Western this week, and take a 3-2 record into next week. They are getting better, and work hard every week as do all of the other kids from other schools. Let the Page chatter start on Friday night at 10:30!!!

    GO WHIRLIES, WIN THE METRO

  2. Andy is trying to tout the Battle of the Bays – to get people to get out and spend money that will go back to one of the schools. There is always a lot of talk about the game – but that isn’t the point of this thread. Mostly parents read and post on thees sites sp I don’t think these posts should bother anyone. In any case – this is HS Football – these boys should be able to overlook any posting and focus on what is important to them this week – the game on Friday.

  3. Andy I am sure none of the Page kids or Grimsley kids have any idea who they are playing next week, so please don’t you mention anything about that game.

  4. All this post was is to raise money for the schools, thanks for letting me know about this , will go by car wash this week. With what happened to whirlies last year they should have September 28 on their mind since last year not the week of.

  5. To GFAN’S PAL – if you think next weeks Page/Grimsley match up is taking your kids focus off of what is important this week, then you need to first check their email, texts, facebook, tweeter, instragram and pinterest accounts. There is nothing that can be posted on this site that will even come close to what these other distractions will create for your kid(s).

  6. @Check, PLEASE SAY THAT AGAIN…lol!! Nothing here can compare to the many other distractions..lol..@GFAN, take his advice and move on to Facebook, Twitter and that cell phone…:)
