Reed Lucas(Greensboro Day School Bengals) committed to play college basketball at West Point(Army) on Saturday….

Reed is one of the best outside shooters that you will ever see and if you have seen him jump, you know that he can do that too….Excellent wing player and he can hit the sideline three’s and the corner three’s and his corner three precision, kind of reminds of how Dylan Berry used to bury them at Northern Guilford…

If you are in the need for an outside shot, then Reed Lucas is the man to see, he can hit the three…He also gives you a relatively tall defender, who also has speed and quickness when moving off of the ball….

Army has a great history within it’s men’s basketball program, with Bob Knight and Mike Krzyzewski having been a big part of the program at West Point, over the years and both men still make frequent visits to the ‘Banks of the Hudson’…..

We will have more numbers coming in on Lucas, as he looks to lead his Bengals to another Pizza Hut Tournament Championship this season and he also hopes to be part of a team that contends for the PACIS and NCISAA State Titles, on the 3-A level….Big contenders hanging out there, in Wesleyan and High Point Christian…..
