The new polls are ready from Deana King and Don Hines at NCPreps.com and we have our Northern Guilford Nighthawks locked down at #1 in the 3-A’s, the East Forsyth Eagles are at #4 in the 4-A’s and many people have been asking all year, “Is East Forsyth the Page Pirates of 2012?”…On the 2-A level, the High Point Andrews Red Raiders stand at #6 in the new poll and the Reisville Rams, coming off of a big win over Eastern Randolph, are at #7 in the 2-A Poll….
On that East Forsyth question, are the EF Eagles ready to make a ‘Page Pirates-type’ run and take the 4-AA Title this season, like the Page did in 2011?

How is Triton #1 over all in bracket over NGHS???
They put all of the (10-0) teams in the 3-AA East in a hat and drew 1-4….There were 4 unbeatens and Triton got #1, Northern Guiloford #2, Cardinal Gibbons #3 and Wilson Hunt #4…….
If East had the #1 overall seed like Page had then there’s always the ‘chance’ but the Eagles will see Butler at Butler and I don’t see them getting past Butler when they barely got past NW Guilford………..but this could be a good thing for EF as we saw what happened to Page earlier this season after coming down from that championship high. Butler just has way too much talent to contend with this yr for most teams in this state. EF may be able to compete next yr.
