We close out the fall session of Football in Focus from the Shane’s Rib Shack tonight and our first guest will be former Northeast Guilford head football coach Tommy Pursley….We start at 6pm and Dennis White, with ‘White’s Pick of the Night’ will get us going and then we will visit and talk football shop with the long-time NEG Rams coach, Tommy Pursley…..Looking back at his 20-year career out on Hicone Road at Northeast and also looking back to how Coach Pursley got started in the business, some of his top players, top moments, heartaches and was it worth it all…Coach Pursley will retire and step down from his post at Northeast on December 30….*****Coach Rodney Brewington from Smith High School will be also be joining us at 6pm…*****
Matt Pawlowski(Northwest Guilford/Guilford College) and Tyler Hunt(Eastern Guilford/Guilford College) will also join us(around 7pm) and it will be sort of like a reunion show with those two, as they were with us last year, while they were still in high school and now they have moved on to be very productive in college….We will talk to both Matt and Tyler about their college season tonight and how they think the Quakers fared this season and how they see the Quakers for the future……
