GIBSONVILLE — If there was ever an opportunity for the Eastern Alamance boys’ basketball team to show its depth, Wednesday night’s game at Eastern Guilford offered such a chance.
And into the void stepped forward Jalyn Riley, among others.
Riley scored a second-chance basket with six seconds left and corralled a game-sealing rebound as time expired to deliver a 60-59 victory for Eastern Alamance in Mid-State 3-A Conference action.
