Game Report on Eastern Guilford at Burlington Williams tonight:Wildcats get a split

Eastern Guilford travels to Williams and split. Eastern’s girls won a tight one and won by one point. Not sure of the score of girls game.

In the boys game Eastern dug an early hole only scoring 13 points in the first half and was down by 12 going into the 2nd half. Then the Wildcats turned the intensity up and closed the gap and was down by 2 late. Junior Caleb Robinson scored 24 points in the second half to pull Eastern to within 2 but Williams was good from the free throw line tonight going 25-32. Shamar Baker led Williams with 20 points and was big from the line going 16-18. Ben Kelley added 13 and Omar Bigelow had 10 points. Caleb Robinson had 25 points going 5-8 from 3point line. Ikenna Okafor added 8 points.
