Brooker teamed with Sara Yousif for an 8-0 win over Guilford’s Haley Andrews and Allie Guy. Brooker later knocked off Andrews at first singles, 6-1, 6-4. Proctor and Stephanie Bittner were 8-0 winners at third doubles. Proctor downed Guilford’s Kim Kleimeier, 6-0, 6-2, at third singles.

Guilford’s Allison Hewitt and Fernanda Gonzalez earned straight-set wins at fifth and sixth singles, respectively. Kleimeier and Natalie Sutton earned a point at second doubles for the Quakers with an 8-6 victory over Victoria Ryherd and Victoria Torres.

Guilford was scheduled to play at Methodist University Saturday (2/16), but the match has been postponed due to the forecast of bad weather. The Quakers’ next scheduled match is Feb. 23 against league-rival Randolph-Macon College.
