GC Men’s Tennis Defeated by Huntingdon on Friday

The Greensboro College men’s tennis team (0-2 overall) suffered a 9-0 setback to Huntingdon (2-0 overall) on Friday afternoon.

The Pride narrowly missed out on earning a victory at the number one doubles spot as Matthew Miller and Zach Passman were outlasted 9-7 against Zach Baldwin and Bobby Foroughian.

Passman also took a hotly contested defeat at number one singles, falling to Baldwin 6-1, 7-6 (5). Kyle Gatti had a strong showing in the second position, losing to Foroughian 6-4, 6-3.

The Pride will look to earn their first win of the season on Saturday, February 24 at Lynchburg.
