Lots of good games tonight I’m sure, but it would be hard to believe that there was one there any better than the Northeast Guilford at Southern Guilford boys game….

The final was Southern over Northeast 64-62….

We were right there right on top of this one and it has to be a top candidate for the ‘Game of the Night’….

We need to get a few people voting on this one and there might have been another game better than this one out there somewhere, and if so I would like to hear about it….

My vote goes to Southern Guilford over Northern Guilford as the ‘Game of the Night’….

Anybody else out there voting along with me, or do you have another pick for ‘Game of the Night’….

I would like to hear from some of the people/fans that were at this game and hear what they are saying about it……..

I had see SG once or twice before this season, but usually on the road and I have not seen anything like what I witnessed from them at home on Drake Road tonight…

Southern beat a very good Northeast Guilford team and NEG went small to try and keep up with the real quick Storm team….We saw a very emotional Quan McCauley play the game of his young life….Stevon Davis came up big for Southern and several other players did too…

Coach Greg Thompson thanked us before the game for including him in this week’s GreensboroSSports.com HS Basketball Poll and then his kids went out and proved that they belong….

Big night tonight at Southern Guilford High School and the Storm is building behind Coach Thompson and his staff including assistant coach Evan Fancourt….

We have our post-game interview with Coach Thompson up here on the site in the morning, as well as our interview with Storm girls coach William Whitaker….

My vote goes to Northeast Guilford at Southern Guilford with the Storm winning out, 64-62…
