GREENSBORO, N.C. – Guilford College’s women’s basketball team will join with other members of the college community this afternoon (Feb. 25) to watch the NCAA Division III Tournament Selection Show. The show is slated to start at 2:30 p.m.
The team and others will watch the program in the Community Center on Guilford’s campus. The Community Center is marked by the letter Y on the attached campus map.
Guilford secured its second consecutive NCAA Division III Tournament bid by winning the Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) title Sunday with a 61-59 victory over Eastern Mennonite University in the ODAC Tournament final in Salem, Va. The Quakers have a 24-4 overall record, which marks the program’s most wins since 2002. Guilford is making its fourth overall NCAA Tournament appearance, having also competed in the 2001, 2002 and 2012 tourneys.
