  1. ER at Southeast Guilford today. Southeast should be one of the better teams in the area again this year. Celeste Sheppard in the circle, Kara Shutt in center field and Emma Strouth behind the plate will sure up the middle. Brianna Webb can play anywhere, not for sure where she will play. Shutt will be out of the line up until basketball is over.

  2. The Ragsdale vs Wheatmore game has been moved to Ragsdale @ 4:30. The JV game will follow the varsity game.
    Wheatmore field was not ready.

  3. Northern/Southwest game now at Northern. Both games will be played at Northern because of the field conditions at Southwest. JV will play at 4:30 and varsity will follow at 6:30.

  4. SW Guilford might throw there ace in the hole Zack Saylor today or save him for the highly talented and loaded Wilson Hunt on Saturday? Cowboys will be happy to get their basketball players Bullock and Zente back today .

  5. Southeast Guilford at Grimsley tomorrow too in high school baseball and talk about hitting the conference schedule early/quickly…..

That’s getting to it pretty fast in the first week with Page-WG and Grimsley-SEG already…

  6. How about the first 3 weeks play non-conference only? The games would be much more competitive. I guess the younger and less talented kids do get to play more the way they do it now though.

  7. The ace in the hole better get it together and have a better outing than at N Davidson. Three homeruns and 1 being a grand slam is not going to get it done.

  8. Game @ Graham tonight postponed until next Monday March 4. Game @ Northern tomorrow night moved up to 4:30 due to Northern Women’s Basketball playing @7. Should be a good game between rising rivals. Vikings head to Wilson NC Saturday to play Southern Nash as well. Pitching staff should be armed and ready for both games.

  9. Big win for Southeast. Beat east forsyth 8-6. Great hitting for the falcons. Josh Blackwell was on a lot. Devin Sweet with a HR. Zack Canada with an RBI triple and will green and Cameron Gardner with 2 hits a piece.

  10. Burlington Williams over Southern Alamance 2-1 at Williams. Christian Miles with the game winning hit in the bottom of the 7th to plate Ben Kelley with the winning run. Kelley with 2 hits to lead the Bulldogs. Alan Sharpe started for Williams and pitched 5 shutout innings, giving up 2 hits with 9 strikeouts. Christian Mahaley came on in the 6th and earned the win after giving up a run in the top of the 7th. Jacob Wolfe started for Southern Alamance and went 3 innings, giving up no hits and an unearned run. A.J. Edwards pitch one inning of scoreless relief and Dylan Isley pitched the final three innings. Wolfe lead Southern with a single and double.
