Very sad news in Whirlie Nation today. Team won over a scrappy Iroquois (Erie, PA) team 9 to 3. Solid pitching WP Zach Massey.

Sad news is Keegan Hufham broke his ankle slinding into home. All the best to Keegan for a quick recovery.

I’m confused on the above box score. Who played who? Page says they played Andrews ….and Dudley shows they played Andrews?

  • Pager said,

Page played Andrews at Dudley at 11:00 AM then Andrews played Dudley thereafter. It was a double header for Andrews. Check maxpreps.com if you are still confused.

Doubleheader with three teams on hand…

Dudley vs. High Point Andrews and then
    High Point Andrews vs. Page….

Page and Dudley already play twice in the regular season and they could meet a third time in the conference tournament, no need for a third time added in yesterday….

Good for Andrews, gives them some good comp from the 4-A level….

We only used the box score info from Dudley-Andrews, cause Dudley sends out game reports and box scores amd most others don’t, but Andrews has started sending out the results and details this season and that is a credit to Coach Norris….
