  1. SW 6

Play wake forest roseville @ 1230 Saturday@ the USA baseball complex.win play at 7.

  2. Everything legal with Randleman and for the SEG call on the tournament, they(Southeast Guilford) are the host team and they organized and running the tournament and doing a very good job with it….

Player from NG was injured in the Randleman game tonight and had to be carried off of the field and hope he will be OK…..

So far of the best on the spot pitching you will see from one group of players gathered together from a number of different places/schools….

Again, can’t say it enough…..There has been some excellent pitching out here at the tournament over the past two days….

  3. Ragsdale beat Raleigh Millbrook 2-1. Ambrose and Horkey pitched for the Tigers. Millbrook had a really tough pitcher that went the distance. Only gave up two hits but Ragsdale took advantage of some errors and played small ball to get a 2-0 lead after two that held up.

    Play Broughton tomorrow in Cary

  4. Add Cody Ezzell to the list. He pitched a gem today going 7 innings with a 4 hit shutout of Leesville Road High School

  5. Sw 8
    Roseville 9
    9 innings.Sw had 7-0 lead going into 4th.

    Sw 4
    Raleigh broughton 3
    Alex verounden goes 6 innings
    Justin Nuttle gets save

  6. Ragsdale and SW Guilford swapped opponents and had smilar results. Ragsdale lost 4-3 to Broughton in 11 innings in a very tight game. Ragsdale fell behind 2-0. Battled back to tie it. Fell behind 3-2 then tied it up in the 7th. Avery Hodges had three hits to lead the Tigers. That was a tough one to lose. A win would have put them in the championship game.

In the second game Ragsdale took on Wake Forest Rolesville and rolled to an 11-5 win. Connor Burrows got the win. Hodges had two more hits. Niko Orfanedes started two different two out rallies to pace the offense.

Beautiful day for baseball in Cary. Everyone’s sunburn attests to that.
