Southeast Guilford defeats Winston-Salem behind the pitching of Bailey Steed

Southeast Guilford JR Legion had a stellar outing from Bailey Steed on the mound. Bailey was aided by a outstanding running catch by Avery Alley in the outfield and Alley contributed 3 hits in 4 at bats on the offensive end. Devin Sweet moved to the mound from shortstop to get the save for the Falcons. A covey of Falcons contributed with hits— Ryan Stanley had 2– Christian Rodriquez had 2– Wrenn had 2– Sweet ,Smith ,Artis all had hits with Tommy Michaels getting a RBI double.
“We spread the offense around and cut back on the errors.” sad Coach Shannon Smith. Southeast plays Kernersville at home Thursday at 6 pm.
