  6. Smith had one yesterday at N. Forsyth. N. Forsyth was there along with HPC and NE. Smith looked pretty good from what I saw. NE and HPC did too.

    When are the 7on7s going down? I come here to find info when the games going down last year and this year there aint been any info this season! Last year was a long year for my boys but I’m hearing good things bout the Golden Eagles this year!

    When is Smith, Dudley, Page, Northern 7 on 7 dates? I went to Smith but don’t know anyone there now. Do you know any coaches or parents that might know? Need some info maaaaan!!!!

  9. Page looked really athletic last night, fast, quick, tall receivers. Both teams made some great plays, but you could just see the difference in coaching and caliber of athletes from Page, set them apart.

    Dominique Britt has a great looking arm on him.

  13. Southwest held page last night. SW defense is looking really good and they have that big quarterback. I think his name is devonte cross. Don’t sleep on them they’re going to surprise a lot of people this year.

  14. I wouldn’t say SW held Page last night!!! Although, SW did good but in the end if there is a winner or loser I would say Page won. I do know there was plenty of trash talking going on!!! I am definitely ready for some football. Good luck to SW on the upcoming season. I look for a good season from the Pirates.

  15. Page only scored on Southwest’s 2nd & JV group. There was a lot of trash talking by both side, but it was a very good match up.

    I haven’t heard much out of SWG this offseason other than the coaching changes. Who is this new QB Devonte Cross? How big is this guy and where did he come from? Was he the QB on their JV team last year or did he play a different position? How do you think SW Guilford will fare in the Piedmont Triad 4A this year?

  17. Just like Page fans to come on GSO Sports cheering that their team won a meaningless 7on7! Congrats Page Fans on winning such a major 7on7….You guys do realize that teams play all kinds of different kids in different positions trying to figure out who’s who and where they will line up on Fridays? Congrats again Page fans on being undefeated this summer in 7on7’s you’re #1

  18. Juss Sayin!! nice handle. And I congratulate you for being able to put two sentences together in an almost grammatical way. Those remedial summer school sessions are paying off. But maybe you can stop being a big jerk long enough to realize that the above poster was merely commenting on the new QB’s arm strength. But you can’t wait to start talking smack about Page in June. You are pathetic.

  19. Pantherville, Page beat up on Northern two years in a row. Page ran Northern off the field in 2011 and held the great T.J. Logan to 80 yards rushing last year in a game Page would have won if not for your homer zebras. See you in 2013.

  20. Always an excuse when Page loses. They never get beat. There is always some injustice.

  21. I don’t know much about cross, but I’ve seen him in action at the Page 7o7. He’s left handed with a strong arm on him, he looked about a good 6’2, 200lbs. This year I think SW will be one of the top teams in their conference this year. SW always has the athletes but they’re never disciplined. Due to the new coaching changes I don’t think this will be a problem this year.

  22. SW Guilford might be better than last year but top of the Piedmont might be a stretch. Who are some of the players that are going to take the Cowboys to the top?
