I had an opportunity to stop by Eastern Guilford High School to talk to the new head coach Doug Robertson..He stated that Eastern must put the past behind them and embrace the future under his leadership as well as his coaching staff he also stated that defense will help you win ballgames, it would keep the other team from scoring.
This will mean that your offense will have to put together some scoring drives. He also stated that a 100% team effort night in an night out is going to help change this program as well.
He is excited to be at Eastern and he will bring a lot of football knowledge and experience from Reidsville High School where he has won a state championship.
