McFly, McCain, and Harris are not even on the depth chart. Gabe King??? What happened to him/ Where is James Scales?? The Linemen twins from Western are second on the depth chart at South Carolina for the Ole Ball Coach.
@footballguy: I’m not sure where you are looking. McCain is listed as 1st team RUSH and Harris is 3rd team X-reciever. Gabe King is also at Cal (2nd NG)and Scales was dismissed from the team at Oregon back in January. I don’t know if he transferred somewhere else.
I was looking at a spring depth chart. I just found a new one. Maurice Harris should be higher than he is. If he stayed at QB he would be starting for someone. Lets see is he gets some playing time.

What happened to that guy from Dudley that went to Navy? Should be a senior by now or maybe he’s gone now. Did he ever play? Kid was at Jamestown Middle and ended up at Dudley somehow.

Chris Pauling- Ball State
Jamarri Milliken-Furman
James Rogers-WSSU
Keith Tankersly from Ragsdale at Winston Salem State
It should not be hard to remember DJ Reader at Clemson. He was only on TV every Saturday last year as a true freshman and will continue to get more playing time on the D-Line as a sophomore this year for the top ten ranked Tigers.
Judging from the type of offense that Carolina wants to play, Reid Baxter may not fit. IN addition, he was really not D1 material. Baxter was a good HS Football player, but that was it.
Also, Daniel Downing at UNC. Same situation. Did good on the HS level, but D1 was out of the question. Good scout team/practice player, but that it is. If you look at the types of players in College Football today you wil lsee that they are tremendous athletes at every position, especially on the D1 level. If a player goes to a smaller school such as UNC-Charlotte, A&T, Western, ..etc..You have better chances to play. I would rather go to a smaller school to play and get better, than to go to a big school for the sake of a big school and disappear.

Rameses Rojas at Guilford College is another former Smith player that found his way on to the college football scene….
@Andy Durham

Not sure they play this week but Garrison Herndon–Ragsdale—is playing at Wingate U.
Was there another QB from Ragsdale that is playing college ball? Is it Coleson Herndon? And I think a Romer is playing college ball too
Luke Heavner from Ragsdale (QB) is playing at UNC as a wide receiver.
