Wes Chesson(Duke)….Big-time receiver for Duke and his grandson Thad played high school ball here in Greensboro at Western Guilford….

Dave Buckey(N.C. State)….Part of the Buckey Twins at N.C. State and they came in from up in Pennsylvania and were part of the outstanding Lou Holtz-coached teams in Raleigh….Unreal tandem, Dave and Don Buckey….
Don Buckey(N.C. State)….Wide receiver for N.C. State and he was huge with verticle yards up the field for the Wolfpack, coming from the passes thrown by his brother Dave…
Jay Venuto(Wake Forest)….Super passing QB for Wake and I think he was in there during a key part of the John Mackovic era and his dad was a football player and a good one at that for the Guilford College Quakers…..
