The N.C. State Wolfpack now has three(3) starting quarterbacks in the National Football League and that is more than any other university…

Dave Glenn was talking about this on his radio show today and the info is also making the rounds on Twitter…

N.C. State with Philip Rivers at San Diego as the Chargers starting QB, Russell Wilson as the Seattle Seahawks top man and now Mike Glennon is the #1 signal-caller for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, replacing Josh Freeman….

Not bad for the ACC school down in Raleigh….

And Dave was going to give more from the ACC that are current NFL starters at QB, but I missed that segment, but it did get me thinking and here is the rest that I came up with…

You had already:

Philip Rivers(N.C. State) with San Diego
Russell Wilson(N.C. State) with Seattle
Mike Glennon(N.C. State) with Tampa Bay

Plus you find:
Matt Ryan(Boston College) with Atlanta….What do they call him, Matty Ice?
Matt Schwab(Virginia) with Houston….Plus you have T.J. Yates(UNC) as the Texans backup….
Michael Vick(Virginia Tech) with Philadelphia
E.J. Manuel(Florida State) with Buffalo
Out on a limb on this one>Christian Ponder(Florida State) with Minnesota

*****I was hearing that there were 8 from the ACC and this might be the 8 right here, or there may be one more ACC NFL starting QB….This is what I have after hearing the N.C. State news……******

Where are we off at> Had to do a few process of eliminations to get these working, but that procedure usually gets it done…
