Coach Kuiken-Popek wanted to update everyone, Sara Platek(Ragsdale High School) is now the #1 4A ranked runner in North Carolina and is ranked #3 nationally for freshman. Also all our kids that ran this past weekend had personal records for the season. We have 5 boys at or under 19:30 and three under 18:30 for 5K. For the first time ever we have 5 girls at or under 23:00 for 5K! Thomas Neale won his race as well.
