*****One heck of a job by Anthony Harding and Christian Dix, the two key runningbacks for Northwest Guilford in their win over Page last night….Harding runs tall and Dix works like a bull in there and Mark Murphy did a solid job of getting open for pass receptions back deep in the Page secondary….Was impressed with Leake, the Page return man, he has real bright future for the Pirates….NWG hosting Richmond County next Friday night, that is like hosting a Nation, when the Raiders come to town…’Raider Nation’, I guess….
Northern got it done with 3 TD’s from a strong running Chris Ripberger….Very proud of Austin Coltrane, Chris, Molick Scott and C.J. Freeman for the numbers we saw from them last night…..Good job Nighthawks and if you haven’t meet C.J. Freeman, he is a very humble young man and not caught up in all of the numbers that he has been posting….We met with the Nighthawks back on Thursday night and continued success to those young men….Max, T.J., Robert, Mook and the entire crew/group….
Speaking of numbers, you could almost go numb going over all of the numbers that SEG posted last night at Mount Tabor….C.J. McThay, Shakir Turner, Bubba Craven, Antonio Moore and there were more, but those young men right there were running on fumes last night….What was that final score again, 56-54 Falcons? Southeast Guilford getting it done……Good job Falcons and they will fly into Mooresville next Friday night…..(Versus Hal Capps club and he is the former coach at Western Alamance and took the Warriors to a 3-A State Title, back when Donald Britt was his QB.)
Haven’t seen any Dudley numbers yet, but will be looking and have them up for you later on…Dudley home vs. North Davidson next Friday night and the Dudley ‘D’ only gave up 6 points last night and that is rare for them to give up any at all….
