Men’s Basketball (10-9, 3-1 SoCon)
Elon at Chattanooga, Thursday, Jan. 23, at 7 p.m., Chattanooga, Tenn.
Elon at Samford, Saturday, Jan. 25, at 7 p.m. (ET), Birmingham, Ala.

• With its non-conference schedule in the rearview mirror, Elon hits the road for its next two games versus Chattanooga (Jan. 23) and Samford (Jan. 25)
• Elon went 1-1 last week, topping Davidson in overtime, 87-85, on Jan. 16 before dropping an 84-74 decision to #15/16 UMass on Jan. 18 at Alumni Gym.
• Sebastian Koch joined teammates Lucas Troutman and Jack Isenbarger in the 1,000-point club on Saturday, Jan. 18, against UMass. The Munich, Germany, native finished the game with 18 points and currently sits at 1,005 career points.
• In two games last week, Troutman averaged 23.5 points per game and 7.5 rebounds per contest. The Belton, S.C., native scored a career-high 28 points and grabbed a career-best 12 boards in a win at Davidson on Jan. 16.

• Elon returns to action this weekend at the prestigious ITA Kickoff Weekend tournament on Friday-Saturday, Jan. 24-25, in Charlottesville, Va., on the campus of Virginia.
• Elon opens action on Friday night at 6 p.m. versus top-ranked UVA. The Phoenix is currently ranked No. 64 in the ITA Division I rankings.
• Elon is coming off a 4-3 upset over seventh-ranked Duke last week. Brian Kowalski clinched the win for the maroon and gold at No. 4 after winning a third-set tiebreaker.

Women’s Basketball (8-10, 4-3 SoCon)
Elon at Furman, Saturday, Jan. 25, at 4 p.m., Greenville, S.C.

• Elon went 3-0 last week after victories over Georgia Southern, Appalachian State and Western Carolina, winning by an average of 15 points.
• In the win over the Mountaineers, Jessica Farmer scored a career-high 19 points off seven field goals, while also recording three assists, three steals and three blocks.
• Kelsey Harris averaged 12.3 points per game last week, posting double figure performances in all three wins, and shot 60 percent from the field.

Women’s Tennis (0-1)

• Elon returns to action this week at third-ranked North Carolina on Wednesday, Jan. 22, at 2 p.m. before traveling to the campus of Georgia this weekend for the ITA Kickoff Weekend tournament. Elon opens play this weekend versus fourth-ranked Georgia on Friday at 2 p.m. before taking on #51 Arkansas or #55 Kansas State a day later.
• Elon, ranked 74th in the nation by the ITA, is coming off a 6-1 loss to Virginia Tech in its season opener last week. Barbora Lazarova captured the lone point for the Phoenix against the Hokies.
