From Raleigh, the N.C. State Wolfpack without their leading scorer T.J. Warren(22.5 ppg) find a way to top the Terrapins of Maryland, 65-56…..Ralston Turner popped for 23 points and he hit five three-pointers in the process…Big win for N.C. State witout Warren and for some reason, I can’t stand the Terrapins these days, as they crawl out of the ACC and head to the Big Ten…

Virginia handles the Heels in Charlottesville, 76-61 and for some reason, this kid Joe Harris is on our radar and he seems to be there for the Wahoos every time they need a big basket/bucket…North Carolina falls to (1-4) in ACC play and I wish for some of those State-Carolina games and Duke-Carolina games coming soon….Adds more interest to the ACC hoops…..Still miss seeing P.J. Hairston with the Heels…It made it fun to watch the local kid playing for the ACC ball club…Times change and we move on, but to me, it still makes it better and more fun to watch, when you have one of these local kids on the court for the ACC schools….Who is the local kid now??? Tyler Lewis from Statesville, for N.C. State??? Who else we talking about??? Who else should we be talking about??? I’m game, who do we have out there???…Plumlee from Christ School???
(Next season we will see Wesleyan’s Theo Pinson at UNC.)

Tonight in the ACC:
Clemson(13-4) at Pittsburgh(16-2)….8pm
Notre Dame at Florida State…8pm
Georgia Tech at Boston College…9pm
