Elon Baseball to Host Annual Meet the Phoenix Dinner Feb. 13

ELON, N.C. — The Elon baseball team will host its annual “Meet the Phoenix” dinner on Thursday, Feb. 13 as fans of the maroon and gold will have a chance to have dinner with the team and hear about the upcoming season. The dinner will be held at 6:30 p.m. at The Cutting Board at 2699 Ramada Road in Burlington.

For $15 per person ($10 for children 12 and under), fans can enjoy dinner with the team, hear from the coaching staff and players and have the opportunity to win door prizes. All those in attendance will also receive free tickets to all three games of Elon’s season-opening series against Cincinnati (Feb. 14-16). Younger fans of the Phoenix can register for the Phoenix Kids Club and fans of all ages can have their photo taken with the players.

Those who have previously ordered season tickets will be able to pick their tickets up that evening. Orders for season tickets ($75 for adults, $30 for youth 12 and under and $175 for family packs of two adult and two youth tickets) for all 33 home dates will also be taken that night.

Last year’s event saw a nearly full house in each of the previous three years, so to ensure your spot, reserve your space by contacting Carl Hairston in the Elon marketing office via email at ghairston@elon.edu.
