With the game tied at 44 with 3 minutes remaining in the game, East Forsyth finished the game on a 12-4 run to win by a final score of 56-48 to hand the Ragsdale Tigers their first home loss of the season.

East Forsyth improves to 16-1 overall and 4-0 in the Piedmont Triad 4A conference. Ragsdale drops to 11-5 overall and 1-2 in the PT 4A conference.
