The Guilford County Schools have not granted permission as of now to have after school activities, so all athletic contests scheduled for today are postponed or cancelled. If the slim chance that GCS allows after school activities, coaches will be notified and the teams will be allowed to practice but the contests will not be played today. As of now, we HAVE NOT received permission to have practice today.
The following athletic contests have been postponed or cancelled that were scheduled today for Northwest Guilford High School.
Wrestling match at NWHS vs. East Forsyth, rescheduled tentatively for Saturday 2/1 at High Point Central before the Bison Invitational.
GCS indoor track meet at JDL Fast Track, cancelled with no makeup.
The basketball games vs. Glenn, postponed today and rescheduled for Saturday, February 8th. JV will play at Northwest, Girls at 12:00, Boys at 1:30. Varsity will be at Glenn, Girls at 6pm, Boys at 7:30.
