Xavier Jones, a former Ragsdale Track athlete, has won the 60 meter dash at this year’s Big East Indoor Track Championship recently held in Manhattan; his time was a very impressive 6.91.
Jones, who was also a Football standout at Ragsdale, now runs for DePaul University.
Jones also finished 2nd in the 200 meter dash, and was a member of the Blue Demon relay team which also won the Big East Championship.
