Ragsdale drove the 3 or so hours to the mountains of North Carolina to take on the Titans of McDowell High School, located in Marion, NC. An incredible atmosphere in the Titans home gym were treated to an instant classic. One that would seemingly never end, but unfortunately one team had to walk away a loser and tonight the Tigers came up just a bit short after the 6th and final overtime.

The Tigers were led once again by Senior guard James Stepp, who scored a team high 43 points before fouling out late in the 4th OT on a controversial charge call. Stepp also broke his own Ragsdale school record with 10 made 3-point field goals tonight. The Titans were led by Senior guard Raekwon Miller, who netted a game high 48 points on 8 made 3-point field goals. Miller had 9 points at halftime while Stepp had 10 at the break.

The Tigers also got big performances from Seniors Daniel Kanakanui and Malcolm Burke. Kanakanui recorded his 2nd triple-double of the season tonight with 22 points, 18 rebounds and 10 assists. Burke had a career high 20 points to go along with 11 rebounds.
