T.J. Warren named ACC Player of the Year:Warren tops Parker 48-25

Media voters selected North Carolina State University sophomore forward T.J. Warren as the ACC’s Player of the Year, the league announced Tuesday.

Warren, a Durham native, averaged 24.8 points and 7.1 rebounds per game for the Wolfpack, who finished the 2013-14 regular season 9-9 in league play and 19-12 overall. He was named player of the year by 48 members of the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association.

Duke freshman Jabari Parker, who was named the ACC Freshman of the Year, finished second in player of the year voting with 25 votes.
