Blake Butler, from Southeast Guilford High School, is leading all of the hitters at the College of Charleston, with his average standing at .344 for the season…Butler was one of the Top Rookies in the Southern Conference last year and this season he is on pace to surpass his numbers from one year ago….COC sits at (16-7) overall after dropping a three-game series to the Houston Cougars this past weekend…..

Josh Tobias, also from Southeast Guilford High School, is on the comeback trail after beginning the season in an 0-14 slump at the plate for the Florida Gators…..The junior third baseman is has now seen his batting average climb to .262 and he has gone 16-61 overall, with 7 runs, 1 HR, a triple and 2 RBI…..Nice bounce-back for JT…..Florida is at (15-9) for 2014 and they had a series with #1 ranked Florida State on their most recent agenda…..
